filling out the RMA Request form, you agree to the information below.
Refused or address incomplete shipments will be charged twice the normal
shipping fee.
RETURN Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests are
normally processed within two (2) business days, Monday through Friday. At
that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions on
how to ship the cell phone accessory back.
15 Day
Satisfaction Refunds allow you to return complete, uninstalled, undamaged
hardware, with Prepaid shipping by the customer, for a full merchandise
refund under the following
conditions:
Merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and received in the
same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces.
Software cannot be opened or
tampered with. Car kits and repeaters cannot be returned once installed. Memory
cards are not returnable unless defective.
Any product that has been modified in any way is non-refundable and invalidates any warranty.
Cell phones are non-returnable unless reported D.O.A. within 3 days of receipt. Refused or undeliverable orders for cell phones will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All phones must be warranted via the device manufacturer.
Merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during
shipping.
The package MUST have our Return
Authorization Number on the
return label!
Packages returned without the Return
Authorization Number on it
will not be processed, and may be refused or returned!

Request Form above based on where you completed your purchase.
On 15 Day Satisfaction Refund requests and Warranty replacements, Customer
is responsible for shipping charges to us.
On orders where Free shipping was invoiced, the published USPS shipping fee is
deducted from the 15 Day Satisfaction refund.
Coupons are not refundable. They will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty & Replacement items are
shipped prepaid by us to you.
We invoice your credit card for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, &
process refunds to your credit card only upon return receipt of the items
meeting the above requirements.
Uninstalled Items sent in for replacement under warranty will be repaired or
replaced at the discretion of our returns department. Replacements will only be
of the same item. If the exact same item is not available, we may substitute a
similar item with the same functionality at no extra charge.
EXCEPTIONS:
*Items that are NOT returnable unless defective are as follows:
-Car kits, wire harnesses, and repeaters cannot be returned once installed.
-Memory cards
-Screen Protectors
-Opened/Used Software
-If the item is missing the UPC or serial number, no refund will be issued.
-Earphones, Headsets, Bluetooth Headsets, and any product that is inserted in your ear. None of these are returnable except for exchange due to a defective unit. This is due to hygienic concerns.
