- Orders for Cell Phones (and repeaters/extenders) have special terms that you agree to when purchasing these items from CellularStore.com.
- All orders for cell phones will be shipped out with Adult Signature required. This is to protect you, as the customer, from any possible theft of the package or delivery to the wrong person. If you are not able to be at the shipping location to sign for the package, UPS allows you to reschedule delivery or arrange to pick up the package at the UPS location. Simply contact them at 1-800-742-5877 and an agent will be happy to arrange that for you.
- Cell phones are non-returnable unless reported D.O.A. within 3 days of receipt.
- Refused or undeliverable orders for cell phones will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All phones must be warranted via the device manufacturer.

FAQ - Will I be charged sales tax on my cell phone accessories order?

Most orders are SALES TAX FREE! California, Florida, New York and Maryland insist that because we use California/ Maryland based drop-shippers, they require orders with shipping addresses into California, Florida, New York and Maryland to be charged 7.75% Sales tax in California, Florida and Maryland to be charged 6%, and New York at 4%. Canadian Provinces may also collect tax on sales, but we do not collect those taxes, they are collected by UPS Brokerage services if applicable.
 
FAQ - Does CellularStore.com accept Payment by Check?

CellularStore.com welcomes payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards issued through these same companies, and issued by a U.S. or Canadian bank. Checks and money orders have resulted in high rates of fraud, and are not accepted.
 
FAQ - Does CellularStore.com accept Purchase Orders?

Purchase Orders are ONLY accepted from approved US Federal, STATE, & LOCAL Government agencies. Call Customer Service for details at 888-895-9628. Fax your Government P.O., including Shipping as a line item, PLUS an email address, to (714)849-5362 for prior approval. 

 
FAQ - Do I need to order online?


Yes, for your information to remain encrypted, unless you wish to expose your unencrypted credit card information to a human being. If you’re interested in purchasing accessories by telephone, call CellularStore.com directly at 1-888-895-9628, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m PST, to place your order. You may also leave us a voice mail after hours! 
Please note: Our customer service reps will place the order online, on our 128 bit Encrypted SECURE website, just as you will. If you need assistance finding a product, we are Glad to assist you in finding it, so that you may order online and avoid the security breach.
 


 
FAQ - How do I know if the item I want to buy is in stock?

CellularStore.com lists the stock status of every item on it's detail page.
When the Stock Indicator (right above the "Add to Cart" button) reads:In Stock, then we have the item in stock*.
However, if the Stock Indicator says:"Backordered", this means that we do not have the item in stock at the moment.
Cellularstore.com does accept backorders.
This means if you place an order for a single backordered item, once the item returns to stock, we will ship it out to you using the method selected upon checkout.
But, if you place an order for multiple items with mixed Inventory Status, we will ship out the in stock items immediately. Then the backordered items will ship to you by a Ground shipment method (usually US Postal) when they return to stock, with No Additional Shipping Charges to Anywhere in the USA!**
If an item becomes "No Longer Available", we will cancel the back-order, Refund the amount charged for that item, & email you with an alternate suggestion if there is one readily available.
*Please note that although we use REAL-TIME Stock status automation to update the availability of our products on-line, in rare instances Real-Time counts may be incorrect. 
Occasionally a product is not available for immediate shipping (the last item in stock may be damaged, defective, or our inventory numbers may be incorrect). In this rare instance, we will notify you via e-mail that the item is on backorder. You will have the option to cancel. We will make every effort to fulfill the order as soon as possible, using Best Way Ground shipping methods in the USA.
**Canadian destination back-orders will be charged additional shipping fees up to $14.95 to ship back-orders via USPS/Canada Post.*

  • UPS "AIR" orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays are processed the following Monday.
  • UPS "AIR" orders placed after 2 PM EST Monday through Thursdays are processed the next business day.
  • USPS & UPS "Ground" orders placed after 2 PM EST Monday through Thursdays are processed within 2 business days.
  • UPS & USPS "Business Days" are Monday - Friday excluding National Holidays, New Years Eve, & the Day after Thanksgiving.
  • CellularStore.com does not ship on UPS Holidays nor on weekends, nor ships outside the U.S. & Canada.
  • You will see your actual shipping costs before placing a firm order, after clicking "Continue".
  • Please review your order for SHIPPING METHOD and errors, as NO changes are possible once submitted.

    MAIL THEFT is a crime you must report.
    US Postal shipping methods are self insured, so if you have a loss, you are required to file a Federal Theft of Mail complaint with the US Postal Inspector's Office by clicking here. Then place a theft report with local law enforcement, and provide us with the Police report number so that we can replace the stolen shipment.


     
     
    FAQ - How do I track the Shipment of my Order?

    Tracking numbers are normally live for online tracking within 24 hours of shipment. Shipments with a tracking number starting with '1Z1Y' use this link:

    When checking the UPS Mail Innovations or US Post Office online sites for tracking status of your package, your Tracking Number results may display "No Information Found". If this should happen, there is no cause for concern. Please note that the Tracking Status Information may not be available online until up to 48 hours following the day your package has been shipped. Please try rechecking the tracking number status again at a later time. If the tracking responds with "Invalid Tracking Number", please recheck the tracking number to make sure that it was entered correctly.     FAQ - How do I know that you have received my order?

    After you submit your order, CellularStore.com will automatically send you an e-mail confirming your order was received within 1 hour.
    Then the day your order ships, another e-mail will be sent containing a shipment tracking number for your reference & tracking.
     
    FAQ - Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been submitted?

    Unfortunately No, Since we process orders in Real-Time, changes on IN-STOCK items are not possible after they have been transmitted! 
    Please Note: Refused shipments will be charged twice the normal shipping fee due to additional return shipping fees we incur. 
    If the order has already shipped, complete the Returns & Warranty form to arrange a return.
     
    FAQ - What About Battery Conditioning & Battery Maintenance?
  • You usually can only get 300-500 charge cycles from a battery before the chemistry is exhausted, so every time the battery charges, whether for one minute or for 20 hours, it is still one charge cycle counted against the chemical lifespan of your battery. Therefore to maximize battery life, it is unwise to leave ANY type of battery charger continuously connected to a draining cell phone that is turned on, as the charger will automatically recharge when there is only a small amount of voltage discharge. Your battery will perform best if it is charged after being warmed to room temperature.
  • For ALL batteries:To achieve full battery capacity, new batteries must be charged, with the phone off, for at least 24 hours before initial use. According to Motorola & Ericsson Customer care, if your cell-phone gives you a battery error or charger error message with a new charger or battery, Simply turn the phone off, and charge it for 24 hours. The error will not come back. Note that a new battery's full performance is only achieved after 2-3 complete charge and discharge cycles.
  • For NiCad (Nickel Cadmium) batteries: A slow charger works best on Nickel Cadmium batteries.
  • For all other batteries (Nimh, Li-Ion, Li-Polymer): A rapid charger works best, even though it should still charge for 24 hours initially.
  • For vibrating batteries: Note that the battery does not vibrate when the phone is connected to or placed in any charging device.
    FAQ - Can I assume that an accessory will work for all models from the same manufacturer?

    NO! Cell phone models are designed differently, and we cannot guarantee that the products listed for a specific model will work with other models, even if made by the same company.
     
    FAQ - Can I assume that the picture on the website will be identical to the product I receive?

    Usually, but...PLEASE NOTE: Images on this site are for representational purposes only. We try to always give you the best possible representation and description of each of our 4000+ individual items, however items may differ slightly as manufacturers are constantly enhancing their products to better serve you, the customer. If you need clarification on the exact look of an item, please contact us at the number listed below or use our Customer Service Contact Form.
    Also, colors may differ slightly as different monitors are capable of different hues and color schemes.
